The Occupational Therapist will assess transfers, mobility, access and daily living skills, arrange equipment and advise on packages of care to facilitate safe and timely discharge.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Physical Disability and Older People (PDOP) team who are looking for support to their existing OT team working on duty and holding a small case load.
The OT needs to have experience of completing functional assessments, moving and handling plans and mental capacity assessments when needed.
An OT with experience in moving and handling, single handed care, equipment provision and risk management is essential.
