What you'll be responsible for
Accurately transcribing (audio typing) from Winscribe digital dictation and Winscribe Speech Recognition digital dictation, outpatient clinic letters and miscellaneous clinical correspondence to a high standard with specified timescales.
Use judgement and initiative to prioritise the importance/urgency of particular requests within defined guidelines.
Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to clinicians and their associated staff, following all relevant operational policies, procedures, and work practices, to ensure the timely processing of all patient related information, including clinic letters, reports, referrals, appointments etc.
Preparing agenda's, inviting attendees, taking, and typing minutes of meetings.
The Role: As a Senior Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Service Director, managing a diverse range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Reporting directly to the Service Director, you will be a pivotal part of the office's operations, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, and events.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
