With a team of over a thousand employees, they focus on providing high-quality services to their customers throughout the UK. Description Oversee and manage the company's financial systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. Assist in ensuring control and compliance of all accounting and finance procedures within the business. Oversee sales invoicing process to ensure billing done accurately and in a timely manner. Preparation and completion of Group VAT return and other ad hoc HMRC returns. Ensure all payments runs are correctly prepared and Bank ID facilities are correctly administered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Liase with the auditors to ensure an efficient and effective audit process. Work with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to evaluate systems and processes and look to implement new technology to streamline processes. Profile A successful Senior Management Accountant should have: A degree in finance or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong understanding of business principles and practices. Superior attention to detail with an ability to solve problems. Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.
