An esteemed and expanding independent consultancy with offices globally, are currently seeking a Senior IT Technician / IT Support Specialist to join their busy service desk team.
You will join a team providing IT services to the company's international group of offices.
Provide day to day hands on technical support on the Corporate and Customer managed IT infrastructure and projects.
Work as part of the IT team delivering a quality 24/7 service to internal users (both at HQ and remote users) as well as nominated customer gateways, servers and laptops.
Install, configure computer hardware (IP phones, mobile devices, workstations, peripherals etc.

This role can be based in one of our UK offices in Redhill, Leeds, Welwyn Garden City or Birmingham.

Initially, the successful candidate will provide support to existing senior associates with the production of pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting and testing of automated calculation solutions.
To ensure full system automation can be achieved and to work closely with Administration and Systems.
Following on the job training, the successful candidate will be expected to run and manage large projects successfully and maintain existing reporting requirements.
