The Role
To work in collaboration with children, young people, their families, education providers and other stakeholders to maximise outcomes for children and young people at a strategic and operational level across the local area.
The role holder has overall responsibility for control of all aspects of Purchase Ledger.
The role includes processing and overseeing that all invoices have been entered into our accounting software in a timely and accurate manner.
The role is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all reconciliations for supplier ledgers including all statement reconciliations and bank account reconciliations.
You will work as part of the Resources Directorate and will have responsibility for the development and delivery of a high quality, effective, efficient, equitable and responsive Business Support service, including leading on the detailed design and transition of the key capabilities.
This is a full time hybrid role, and you would be office based 2 - 3 days a week in Preston.
