Our client, a leading banking organization, is seeking a skilled Senior IT Azure Engineer to join their dynamic IT Department.
In this role, you will be crucial in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining IT Cloud Infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with UK best practices and delivering value to the business.
IT Support Engineer / IT Technical Service Desk Technician who has excellent troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills with a solid technical background is required for a busy Helpdesk to work as either a 1st Line / 2nd Line Support Engineer or Senior Second Line Support Engineer (depending on your level of experience) for a well-established IT Company based in London.

F you are a Senior IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues on both Desktop, Infrastructure and Networking we would love to discuss a new role we have just registered.
Please note this role requires flexibility to work onsite when required and will most likely be three days per week onsite in Central/West London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality, executive-level user support to financial services clients on-site and remotely.
Our client is looking for a Senior Network and Security Engineer to take lead on the design, implementation, Maintenance of the networking technology that underpins their on premise and cloud infrastructure, its communications and cyber security.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to ensure systems are practically designed.
Lead the networks workstream on projects and programmes to ensure that the network topology complies with the agreed standards.
To join their IT team permanently in their London office.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to their London-based colleagues, as well as act as a key escalation point for the UK Support Team, ensuring a high standard of service is being delivered.
