Senior Network Engineer - £80,000 + Bonus + Assisted Travel
2-3 x a week in the office in Central London
A leading Wealth Manager with over £8 billion under management, are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their infrastructure team. You will be joining a well-established infrastructure team of 20, as this is a business-critical role, you will be reporting into the Head of IT.
Some of your responsibilities will include designing, implementing and managing complex network solutions. As well as monitoring network performance and troubleshooting when necessary to ensure optimal performance. You will need extensive experience with Linux as you will be maintaining and administering the severs and ensuring there are robust security measures in place using Palo Alto or similar.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in Network admin/engineering
- Expertise in Cisco Networking (CCNP or CCIE certification required, or currently working towards this)
- Switching and Routing protocols
- Design and implementation skills for SDN solutions
- Cisco and Teams telephony services
- Wi-fi Infrastructure
Nice To Have:
- Cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure etc.)
- Scripting & Automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible)
- Network monitoring tools/software (e.g., Libra)
