The Senior HR Business Partner will have a proven successful track record working in a complex environment/organisation.
We are working on behalf of an organisation who are wishing to recruit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a temporary basis initially for 6 month in duration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Partnering and Employee Relations, experience of managing others, setting performance targets and knowledge and experience of working for a local authority.
