Reporting to the HR Director of Global Enabling Functions, the HR Business Partner II acts as a strategic business partner to internal customers and their respective leadership teams in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support and enable the organization's short- and long-range goals and objectives.
This role will be expected to work within a global team, developing and executing a consistent approach and process to implement HR programs and practices across Global Enabling Functions, including Finance, Legal, and Communications.
As People Partner you will build and leverage brilliant working relationships with the senior leadership team across all the sites you are partnering with - translating the business wide people strategy into each setting, and supporting the leadership with anything people related.
