We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable domciliary care company.
Provide compassionate care and support to elderly residents in a caring and respectful manner
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents and possess strong leadership skills to supervise and support the care team.
A beautiful, warm, and welcoming 98-bed Care Home that specialises in Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care is looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the team.
You will also help in the care of the residents' physical environmental as well as general day to day activities of the home.
Working 20:00-08:00, you will meet the personal care and hygiene needs of residents, in such a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence.
Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery and lead in delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
General
Experience in working with Dementia patients and level 3 in care qualification is essential for this role
