Let me provide you with a detailed overview of what this role entails: Title: Process Optimization and Digitization Global Accounts Senior Manager Responsibilities: Work within the POD team and exclusively support the Group Head of Global Accounts. Diagnose, prioritize, optimize, and automate client-facing processes to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction. Lead a dedicated team within the POD function to optimize and automate global account processes. Develop and implement the Global Account rapid improvement methodology to redesign and automate processes. Quantify realized benefits related to client satisfaction, risk reduction, efficiency, and effectiveness. Collaborate with strategic clients, client relationship leads, and internal teams to identify improvement opportunities. Project manage operational improvement initiatives with a focus on people change. Participate in a consultative manner with clients to enhance their experience. Report progress aligned with transformation management processes. Collaborate with technology teams to rapidly automate processes. Identify risks to client relationships from proposed changes and develop risk mitigation plans. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum five years' experience leading process improvement projects within Financial Services (mandatory). Demonstrable delivery capability in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Automation projects. Strong client relationship and engagement skills.
