Role Overview: As the Senior Global Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing reward programs and initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of reward strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global reward strategy aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and regional regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and administration of competitive compensation structures and incentive plans across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and fairness of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Oversee the management of global benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement, and other employee perks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.

Performance and Recognition:

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and recognition programs that drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and employee appreciation.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to establish clear performance metrics, goal-setting processes, and reward mechanisms tied to individual and team achievements.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements and industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and reward practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all aspects of reward management, including data privacy, pay equity, and taxation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of reward initiatives and programs.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to educate employees and managers on reward policies, programs, and opportunities for feedback.
