A market leading Aerospace client of ours is currently in the market for a Senior Stress Engineer to join their team based in Gloucester to work on new technology within the Aerospace domain mainly within Landing Gear technology.
Looking for an experience Field Engineer / Installations Engineer to deliver a range of projects from simple repetitive multi-site per day equipment upgrades like PED, and Printer swaps, to full new store openings of new QSR environments (quick service restaurants).
The client then offers ongoing service maintenance contracts, and you will undertake ad hoc Field Service calls.
New restaurant openings usually involve a first visit 2-3 days 1st fix data cabling, then around a 5 days second phase, putting in all the IT, EPOS and associated equipment, commissioning, testing and hand over to client.
The successful Field Service Engineer will carry out repairs, on site commissioning, service and calibration of customer's inline inspection equipment to the stated processes and procedures which will also include where required the provision of on-site customer training.
The role will involve
