I am recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for an international SaaS start-up which has recently secured Series A funding. As the Senior Finance Manager you will be one of the key players in this SaaS start up following their successful Series A fund raise. You will lead the day to day financial operations, ensuing that it is fit for purpose to support the company's scalability and profitability. You will partner closely with leadership and department heads to support financial planning. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury and forecasting. Manage global financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, cash, payroll, and expense management. Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain the annual budget, conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide analytical support to department heads, ensuring strategic decisions are grounded in solid financial analysis. Build and maintain effective relationships with third-party firms for day-to-day financial operations. Develop and implement robust financial strategies, controls, and policies to support business growth and compliance. Requirements: Extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS start-up. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights. Strong understanding of international accounting principles and experience managing financial operations for international startups. Proven ability to develop sophisticated financial models and manage budgets effectively. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. A proactive and autonomous approach to work, with a track record of driving financial strategy and improvements. Experience partnering with, and managing, outsourced accounting service providers.
