As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial information and analysis to managers and external stakeholders. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the multi-location organisation to ensure service quality is maximised and financial performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead departmental budget setting and production of regular forecasts.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and KPIs.
- Maintain robust financial controls and coordinate the audit process.
- Lead strategic finance-related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Requirements:
- CCAB qualified with 3-5 years post-qualfied experience
- Experience in leading on budgets, forecasting and working as a key business partner
- Experience leading teams and developing staff
- Technically strong with exceptional attention to detail
- High financial awareness and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
