The role involves assisting the Head Chef in meal preparation and maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene to the required standard.

As a Chef de Partie you will prepare, cook and serve the restaurant menu's hot and cold food and offerings, maintain all food hygiene standards whilst ensuring all the work and storage areas are kept clean and tidy.

Shift pattern: Rota basis 5/7 days (weekends required)
