We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join this talented catering team. The position offers excellent career progression for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a passion for food and able to support other members of the team. You must be able to stay highly focused whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a team developing an excellent customer experience to all the students, staff and visitors. Managing a section producing recipes required by
senior chefs, Menu planning and Costings, Kitchen processes and team training.
The kitchen provides a buffet counter service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food served is a variety of street food / café / fine dining and BBQ with functions and hospitality.
Hours:
- The contract is based on 52 weeks per year
- 35 hours per week
- usually Monday to Friday with some weekends when required
- working various shifts such as 7am-3pm/ 8am-4pm/ 12-8pm.
