Senior Finance Manager Our client specialises in property management and is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance department. You will work directly for the Finance Director and be responsible for the Group's monthly financial and management accounting, fixed asset accounting, CapEx management and management accounting and reporting. The role will be working in the office 4 days a week. We are looking for a Qualified Accountant, with experience working in a high-volume environment and experience leading a high-performing team. Key responsibilities: Manage and review the monthly accounting Manage the wider finance team (total of 4) and ensure that accounting processes are applied correctly and consistently across the Group. Develop the Group's monthly management accounts & provide accurate, timely and insightful information. Work closely with department heads. Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Review of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, and preparation of Board reports Preparation of the plan balance sheet and cash-flow, following operational and financial input from the Head of Business & Financial Performance and the operational/functional lead. Review of statutory accounts for the unaudited UK entities and accounts of the company. Review of information in regulatory returns and provision of analysis to the Head of Tax & Treasury Support of ad hoc corporate and financial restructuring as required Candidate Profile Qualified Accountant Extensive experience within both financial and management accounting departments Working with and supporting non finance managers Experience of working within a high-volume workload Finance function. Proven experience in statutory accounts/ external reporting. Strong across all MS Office applications, with at least intermediate Excel skills. Experience of leading a high performing team.
