About the role

Working with the Store Manager, you will inspire your team through a customer led approach and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver company strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a processing/transactional team with experience of working with computerised accounts systems and a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work in any of the companies main office HUBS which are located in Wells, Devizes, Andover, Weymouth, Ferndown or Wareham where you will attend at least 1 day a month
This is a full time, fixed term contract working 37 hours per week until at least March 2025.
(You will have prior experience in a coordination / administration type role, perhaps as a Sales Administrator / Coordinator, Project Administrator / Coordinator, Operations Administrator or any role where you have had to manage client accounts, put together quotations and order parts / materials)
Contract Details: 12 - 15 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

The position requires set hours to make sure it meets the business need and it is purely office based.
The role involves managing incoming post including opening, sorting, scanning where required to the relevant service areas and ensuring outgoing mail is packed and despatched per our existing processes.
The office location will be Bridgwater House initially and then from 1st December it could move to County Hall in Taunton.
