Controls Testing & Assurance (CT&A) performs regulatory prescribed testing and assurances processes for and on behalf of the Bank's Anti Financial Crime Department and the Compliance Department.

Anti Financial Crime Testing (AFCT) & Quality Assurance are responsible for providing assurance to the Management Board, Global Head of AFC, and key stakeholders with regards to the design and/or operating effectiveness of the control framework to manage the Bank's financial crime risks and to respond to regulatory / legal requirements.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Test Analyst with a proven history of enhancing team performance by introducing innovative techniques, processes, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive QA expertise in both manual and automated testing, coupled with practical knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
