Role: Operational Team Leader (Accidental Damage department)
We are seeking an Operational Team Leader within our Accidental Damage Department to be a pro-active thinker who is highly motivated and leads from front.
Leading a team of Total Loss/Fire and Theft Handlers, you will drive our culture of openness and hold responsibility for the development and people management aspects of your team.
You will work closely with the Accounts Payable and Receivables Manager covering all activities relating to creditors, matching invoices to purchase orders, BACS runs, procurement and prepaid cards, queries and problem solving and to deputize for the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager in their absence.
We require an experienced Deputy Team Manager within Children in Care and Children Looked After (Permanence Service) to effectively support the Team Manager and Social Work team.

We are looking for an Experienced CP/Court Team Manager to cover the following duties:
To act as a floating Team Manager in Safeguarding, supporting across 4 teams as additional resource (we have another Floating Team Manager supporting the 4 other teams), to cover absence of any Team Managers and support DTM's, the role includes ; Robust and clear-cut decision making, minimising risk for vulnerable children and young people Management Oversight - providing clear support and advice to social workers Data Performance Management - ensuring no drift and delay Auditing / QA - to ensure practice standards are good quality and consistent Carrying out effective regular supervision of Social Workers - documenting timely and accurately Chairing Strats / ICPC's Preparation for Court and attendance to Court.
Across the Driver Success Team, your position will be fast paced & you will be cross trained across the Group's multiple user platforms, whilst reporting directly into your Success Leader.
As part of the Driver Success Team (DST), you will provide critical and educational intervention for customers, coaching them on how best to improve their driving behaviours, whilst ensuring the guidelines of our regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are followed accordingly.
Within this important role, you will be tasked with assisting and support our customers through conversations about their excessive speeding, overall driving behaviour, all whilst educating as to how specific demographics perform and subsequently improve.
