In your leading role you will play an important role by allocating work within your team, driving performance to meet KPIs and supporting to deliver a high level of customer service.

Develop and manage a project plan and supporting documentation, including a RAID log, implementation tracker, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and a benefit assessment.
