Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a special school on an exciting new SEN TA position specifically to support learners with complex needs on a 1 to 1 basis.
Starting as soon as possible, the school is looking for an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to join them on a long term temporary to permanent basis.
Your Role
Supporting learners on a one-to-one basis often with complex learning needs.
We are looking for a passionate individual who has either experience or a passion to work with children with SEND, particularly Complex Needs; PMLD, Hearing impairment, speech and language difficulties, and severe mobility issues.
This role will be supporting children with complex learning difficulties, children who may require medical intervention and personal care.
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students or adults with complex or PMLD needs will be helpful.
