Role Overview: As an Early Years Assistant with SEN experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting two pupils in their learning and development.

Long - Term teaching is working with an alternative provision that has a number of SEMH schools located in Gloucestershire that support both primary and secondary students.
We are currently looking for an experienced teacher/tutor to work 1:1 with a Year 11 student who is not currently accessing mainstream education and is sitting their GCSEs in the summer term.
At Prospero Teaching, we work closely with the local authorities, schools, and SEND Teams in the Gloucestershire area and we specialise in providing qualified and experienced tutors to work with children in looked after care (LAC/CLA), pupils in mainstream schools that require additional educational support and young people who are not currently accessing mainstream education.

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning in line with the National Curriculum, Codes of Practice, and School Policies and Procedures.
This role is vital in accelerating pupil progress and assisting with their personal development and well-being.
Day to day of the role
