Are you a kind-hearted individual with the patience and creativity to be a successful SEN Teaching Assistant?
Working within SEN is incredibly rewarding but requires out of the box thinkers who are able to see beyond the labels of disability and uncover each child's potential and love for learning.
Within Schools, you will work with four broad categories of need: Communication and interaction, Cognition and learning, Social, emotional and mental health difficulties and Sensory and/or physical needs.
We are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team in an SEN secondary school which caters for those aged 11-16, with autism and communication difficulties.
