Key Responsibilities: Serve as a keyholder, managing store opening and closing duties. Ensure the highest level of customer service, offering personalized recommendations in line with the brand's luxury image. Support the Store Manager and Retail Director in day-to-day store operations, driving sales and managing staff productivity. Maintain the store's aesthetic by ensuring clean, visually appealing displays in line with the brand's sophisticated look. Monitor and manage sales performance to meet individual and team targets.
