- Personalised customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalised service
- Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
- Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
- Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage logistics for UK orders from our e-shop, including shipments and returns
