With a strong M365 background, you will be well versed in the Security and Compliance tooling within Microsoft 365, particularly Purview data classification, labelling, DLP, sensitivity and retention, which will assist in ensuring the business continues to improve how it governs their unstructured data within the Microsoft 365 suite.

You will feel comfortable remotely diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in relation to issues with customer infrastructure such as Networking issues, Firewall configuration and storage solutions along with proven experience in dealing with windows server infrastructure.
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be a strong problem solver with great communication skills who has experience resolving complex infrastructure issues and dealing with escalations.
The Information Security Manager (ISM) will be accountable for overseeing the compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR, as well as conducting a continuous information security risk assessment program.
The ISM will maintain an ongoing partnership with the IT team, offering advice and consultation on the information security implications of any software and hardware implementations, changes, and upgrades.
The ISM will also take the lead on initiating and managing information governance initiatives.
