About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our supply pool. This role offers the flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis or long-term assignments, depending on your availability and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative lessons across various secondary subjects. Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs and classroom environments. Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere. Provide constructive feedback to students and report on progress to permanent staff. Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the school community. Requirements: Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience of teaching at the secondary level. Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
