About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our supply pool. This role offers the flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis or long-term assignments, depending on your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons across various secondary subjects.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs and classroom environments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and report on progress to permanent staff.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the school community.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience of teaching at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage a classroom effectively and promote a safe learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
