As the Team Secretary, you'll support the Director, Pre-Construction & Customer Care Teams in a wide variety of secretarial and administrative tasks to enable them to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
In a nutshell, you'll get involved in all the back-office functions to make sure the departments run effectively, reporting is accurate, Excel trackers are updated, diary and inbox management as well as attending various meetings.
