Rates of pay: £50,000 - £65,000 Bonus & Excellent Benefits
You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering a range of corporate secretarial and governance, advising a portfolio of clients on compliance matters, including (but not restricted to) annual statutory requirements, routine company changes and share capital changes.
You will be corresponding directly with both clients and third parties, and will be expected to adhere to Ad Hoc requests and administrative matters (authorised signatory requests, board minute extracts, secretary certificates, auditor requests, etc.)
As Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring that every aspect of the workplace environment is functional, welcoming, and efficient.
You'll manage office logistics, organise events, oversee visitor and travel coordination, and ensure that every detail is covered.
