My client who are a leading manufacturing and engineering business is currently recruiting for a Production Scheduler / Production Planner to join on a permanent basis.
The Production Planner / Production Scheduler will be responsible to lead the operations planning and scheduling, creating and maintaining the production schedules, supporting the delivery of operational excellence through consistently hitting programme schedule, cost and quality requirements.
Due to company growth and expansion, our client is looking for a Resource Scheduling Analyst who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising staff schedules using workforce management tools (Specifically - Verint, and or NICE/Genesys or relevant WFM tool).
This role will also ensure that schedules align with forecasts and real-time operational needs.
You'll be
Optimising WFM scheduling to achieve organisational performance objectives, developing tools/techniques/UDA/technology ensuring full use of system is exploited and contractual SLA are met and benefited from the solution.
This is a 3-Month contract role with an immediate start.
