The Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team of Production Planners. You will be the process owner for the MRP and production scheduling.

Description
- Have overall responsibility for the planning across the assigned production area
- Create work schedules in like with the MRP requirements
- Drive recovery plans with key stakeholders to identify any foreseeable risks
- Ensure full raw material availability, covering long and short term plans
- Hold weekly reviews
- Root Cause analysis
- Ensure accuracy of master and transactional data within the ERP
- Drive reduction of WIP
Profile
- Working knowledge of production planning or control or scheduling process
- Demonstrable experience with MRP
- Ability to lead and coach
- Understand quality processes
