A social housing contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced scheduler/planner to join their repairs and maintenance team across a new project/contract that is due to start in the middle of September.
This client are a national social housing contractor who work across planned and reactive maintenance and repairs works across the UK and they work alongside local authorities, housing associations and councils to deliver high levels of customer service for both their internal and external stakeholders.
This role will involve
Schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
Working jointly with the operational teams, the Scheduling Coordinator will ensure resources are used in the most flexible and efficient way to maximise productivity and provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining databases.
A Scheduling Coordinator is required to join an established organisation located in Devizes, Wiltshire.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have the ability to manage and respond to conflicting priorities.
To schedule the work of our service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating the daily jobs for our service engineers across the UK and Ireland, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve our monthly KPIs.
To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
