Adecco are working with an educational establishment in the city of Glasgow who are looking for Student Experience Helpdesk Officers to start immediately.
Role Type: Temporary for 12 weeks
You will act as the primary face-to-face first point of contact for the students on campus whether existing or new.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:30, 10:30 - 19:00 - 37.5 hours per week

To monitor students' progression, provide progression support/ plans and advice to students and provide outstanding student experience support, with the purpose of maximising student outcomes, achievement and satisfaction levels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support students to maximise their chances of automatically progressing to the degree course of their choice whilst ensuring the best possible student experience and achievement.
Provide personal tutorage/ Learning conversations to students throughout the semester.
As a member of the Digital Services and IT Team, reporting to the Head of Digital Services/IT, you'll assist with routine development, IT administration, and support tasks.
