My client are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their Service Department at an established Commercial Building Maintenance company.
This role is integral to operations, requiring a well-organised individual with a strong background in service coordination, preferably within the building service/maintenance sector.
Day-to-day of the role
Act as the first point of contact in the office, managing incoming calls from engineers and clients, and directing them as necessary.
You will oversee client accounting daily operations.
Lettings Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
We are looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to manage client accounts payable and receivable.
The warehouse operative will take responsibility for managing the inbound and outbound operation processes and systems that keep the supply chain flowing effectively and efficiently.
Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home )
