Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Knottingley. The position is a one month temporary contract which may be extended. You will be working solely from the company office. The successful applicant will need to be a highly motivated individual with exceptional administration skills. THE ROLE: Input of customer orders, contracts, forecasts, and price files into the SAP system, in order to maintain an accurate reference point. Carry out administrative procedures within the sales department. Respond to customer enquiries, liaising with other departments in order to resolve queries, solve problems and maintain a high-quality service. Monitor sales information on customer performance, stock levels, and stock invoicing. Allocation of orders. Dealing with hauliers and customers and providing a high level of customer service THE CANDIDATE: Strong administration skills. Be customer focused. Be able to manage multiple tasks. Have excellent communication skills. A high level of Excel proficiency (including pivot tables etc). SAP system experience preferred but not essential. Manufacturing experience desirable.
