JHE & Partners are exclusively working with a great business in Saltaire who are looking for a purchase ledger clerk on a temporary basis covering sick leave. The role is due to last around 8-12 weeks.
Duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices and matching onto system
- Complete payment run and allocate all payments
- Produce monthly payment report
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with supplier queries
- Involvement in company banking and paying suppliers
- Working in a small finance team, adhoc duties as required
The role is to start immediately so you must be immediately available or on a week's notice to be considered for the role.
Hourly rate looking in the region of £14.00 per hour.
