Working in a small and friendly team, experience within a finance team/function is needed, but most importantly you must bring drive and enthusiasm and a love of process and regulations. This position is temporary and is paying up to £17/hr. Initially they need someone for 1 month BUT there is the opportunity for temp-perm for the right person also. If you have excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills, this could be the role for you. Your new role Sales Ledger processing of invoices Local authority invoicing Processing sales receipts Cross checking internal reports Maintaining the database Credit control Administration to support the finance team Other general finance assistant duties. DAY TO DAY: Provide excellent customer service and support for clients in store, guiding them through the sales process. Dealing with customer issues and queries and providing necessary solutions. Provide expert advice about the range of products to meet the client's needs. Forming strong client relationships, following through from the initial sale enquiry to the order and delivery. Working within a fast paced team offering product and technical support. Answering customer calls in regards to issues or updates. Responding to email inquiries. Providing excellent customer service while processing payments. Chasing up sales leads. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Ability to flourish in a sales and customer-focused environment. Self-motivated and driven by sales. Excellent prioritisation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of organisational skills. Competent IT skills with a good understanding of basic maths. AND FOR YOU: Annual salary between £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. 20 days holiday birthday and bank holidays.
