Job Purpose The role of a Skechers Sales Associate is to provide an excellent customer experience. Sales Associates are enthusiastic and welcoming, they serve as Skechers product experts and are committed to customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Drive sales through excellent customer service. Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, using this knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection. Continuously ensuring floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking and cleaning - whatever it takes to create a premier shopping experience for the customer. Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc. at the point of sale. Accepts returns professionally and encourages exchanges or alternatives where possible, striving to always maintain the customer relationship. Stays up to date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Loves being a part of the team and treats every coworker with respect and positivity. Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Work availability should be open to the store's needs. Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service. Working with leading IT vendors, specializing in server and core IT infrastructure, actively sourcing over 10,000 products a year from their broad customer base. We require an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solution presentations to potential customers. The role includes general administration in line with customer sales transactions; however, it is primarily sales-focused. Alongside supporting the sales team, the Pre-Sales Executive will also work directly with new and existing customers to provide tailored solutions for their IT requirements.
