SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading company in Alfreton to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary to Permanent Personal Assistant (PA) to support their Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the efficiency and success of a dynamic organisation. Role Overview: As the PA to the Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's schedule, handling communication, and coordinating various administrative tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs and act with discretion will be essential. Duration: 6 month Temporary to Permanent opportunity Hours: 40 per week Hourly Rate:£12.50 Key Duties: Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as required Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively High level of discretion and professionalism Proactive and solution-oriented approach If you feel you are most suitable for this position and can start immediately , please apply with your CV today.
