We're currently seeking dedicated MHE Operatives who are licenced to operate either a Reach truck or counterbalance Forklift to join our vibrant team in West Hallam, DE7 6HE. Things we need from you as an MHE/Reach Warehouse Operative:
- Are you legally permitted to work in the UK?
- Do you have an in-date counterbalance or Reach truck Licence certificate that you can send us to review?
Payrates and shifts as a MHE Warehouse Operative:
- Competitive pay rate of £13.37 per hour, with overtime after 37.5 hours!
- Rotating shifts (06:00am until 14:00pm & 14:00pm until 22:00pm), offering flexibility and work-life balance
- Fully candidates are required to start as a warehouse associate at £12.30 per hour, while waiting for their safety and competency assessment, failing the competency assessment results in immediate withdrawal of the role.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Reach licence or counterbalance licence holder
- Ability to perform general labouring duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Adherence to strict Health and Safety standards
Your Role Will Involve:
- Operating a Reach truck or Forklift
- Picking and packing items for distribution
- Using a handheld scanner to sort items
- Manual lifting (up to 23 KG)
- Unloading containers
Requirements:
- PPE (we can provide this if needed)
- Reach truck licence
- Counterbalance truck licence
