Why work for us
Draper Tools is a family business with a rich history, a strong, supportive 'family culture' and a passion for continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer.
The role of the sales co-ordinator will be to manage product orders and custom project orders for the complete range of the company's equipment, through the acknowledgement of orders received, applying for Export licences, liaison over delivery dates and organisation of worldwide shipments, ensuring all activities are undertaken to maximise levels of customer satisfaction and in strict compliance with export and other shipping regulations.
To be successful in the role you must have come from a sales office background, with previous inbound sales experience.
Our client who distributes goods to both UK and European trade customers, is looking for a new team member to join a great existing team.
As the first point of contact for the business, customer service skills are paramount and the ability to negotiate and convert an inbound sale to a processed order is what you will be expected to do.
