Job Title: Assistant Sales Coordinator

Your New Salary: £25,000/year plus bonus
Office based OR Hybrid: South-West England, Office-based
Permanent Start: ASAP
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

Assistant Sales Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:

  • First point of contact for customer sales enquiries
  • Support Sales Coordinator and Sales Managers as needed
  • Assist in stock forecasting and monitor ongoing sales activity
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth sales flow from order to delivery
  • Communicate equipment specification changes and delivery dates within the company
  • Attend trade shows as part of the sales team

Assistant Sales Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Numeracy and accuracy with figures
  • Literacy and confidence in written correspondence
  • Business administration background with organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
