Role Outcomes: Deliver administrative functions appropriate to specialism, working within timescales and service level agreements (40%)
As a customer service advisor you will be able to provide first time solutions for customers, via telephone and email, within agreed handling times whilst delivering excellent quality of service.
We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Complaints Department in Plymouth.
We are looking for candidates who are familiar with working in a contact centre and are comfortable using a multi-screen environment.
