We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Complaints Department in Plymouth.
As a customer service advisor you will be able to provide first time solutions for customers, via telephone and email, within agreed handling times whilst delivering excellent quality of service. We are looking for candidates who are familiar with working in a contact centre and are comfortable using a multi-screen environment.
What experience do I need?
- A previous background or experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience of using computer systems
- Be self motivated and able to work as part of a team
Start date: 23/09/2024
Pay rate: £12.97 per hour for Monday - Saturday shifts, £14.00 per hour on a Sunday.
Location: Plymstock, Plymouth
Temp Contract: Up to 12 weeks (with potential for this to be extended)
Hours: Around 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00am – 18:30pm Monday – Saturday, and 9am – 4pm Sunday.
