You will be responsible for taking customer phone calls, updating and maintaining the CRM database, management of quote to invoice process, processing orders, shipment preparation, dealing with mail and faxes and supporting management and branch staff as required ensuring smooth running of the office.
Your new role
The hours for the position are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00.
Job status: Permanent hybrid: 4 days a week in office
