We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced L&D Director to join this significant national support services firm for an 8 month (maternity cover) contract and take on the responsibiltiy for the smooth running of the L&D function including owning the delivery of the Apprenticeship programme and managing the relationships with OFSTED and the funding agency ESFA.
In this role, the L&D Director will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of talent management, succession planning, and enhancing the overall colleague experience.
