Sales Administrator Required! Our client is a designer and manufacturer of high-performance personal protective equipment, distributing to various industries and emergency services worldwide. Due to ongoing success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders, as well as providing support for the sales team. (Sales Administrator) - Position Overview Processing orders via email or phone and update the system. Checking data accuracy for orders and invoices. Contacting clients to obtain missing information. Dealing with any customer queries, via phone, email, or their own portal systems. Liaising with the other departments to ensure timely customer deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Monthly reports, KPI's and sales figures on Excel. Communicating important feedback from customers internally. Supporting sales team with all administration, including export paperwork. Inputting customer orders on Sage. Monitoring the sales inbox responding to email enquiries in a timely manner. Attending product meetings where necessary to advise of any stock issues or product related matters. Preparing quotations for customers. Provide support to Directors for key clients. Stay up to date with new products and features. Update website to reflect. (Sales Administrator) - Position Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent in a manufacturing setting. Hands on experience with ERP & CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. (Sales Administrator) - Position Remuneration Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday and an early finish at 15:20 on Fridays.
